What Makes Us Different?

My disability has led me to where I am today, the CEO of Lets Care All. As a disabled person, I knew firsthand the challenges that people with disabilities face in getting the care they need. Finding reliable and compassionate care can be a struggle , so I wanted to come up with care services that aren’t only professional but empathetic and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. While providing the quality care to our service users, we aim to meet the following objectives :

  • To ensure that service is provided flexibly, attentively, and in a non-discriminatory manner, while maintaining each individual rights of independence, privacy, dignity, and decision-making. 
  • To ensure the service is delivered in accordance with the agreed Care Plan. 
  • To implement a program of staff recruitment, training, and personal development so that every service user’s needs are fulfilled. 
  • To manage the care services efficiently and make the best use of resources to enhance value for both the representative and person receiving the care. 
  • To perfectly match the care staff to the needs of service users and ensure that changes are made for valid reasons within the terms of the Contract.
  • To conduct risk assessments of hazards involved with the delivery of the service and for environmental risks identified in a service user’s home. To identify risks and take actions to reduce or eliminate them in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy of the organisation. 
  • To provide all the relevant written information of the organisation to all service users , including a service user (s) guide, detailed care plans, daily records/logs, completed risk assessment and details of the organsiation’s complaint procedures and how to use it.
